In this key role, you will be the backbone of our finance department. Your daily responsibilities will span the full accounting cycle—from meticulous transaction management and account reconciliation to the precise preparation of financial statements. You will ensure absolute compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 26, PPN) and accounting standards (PSAK). Beyond the day-to-day, you will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and providing the management team with the analytical insights needed to make informed strategic decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with PSAK and company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including calculating, reporting, and paying PPh 21/23/26, PPN, and corporate taxes.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring all supporting evidence is accurate and readily available.
- Analyze financial data and operational costs to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Finance and Accounting role, preferably as a Senior Officer or Supervisor.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian tax laws and regulations, with a Brevet A & B certification being highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
