- Lead and develop the finance and tax function across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure compliance while optimizing tax positions across APAC countries
- Manage financial risks and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial guidance
- Stay abreast of changing tax regulations and financial standards in APAC countries
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance finance and tax operations efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and tax management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of APAC tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience leading finance teams and driving financial transformation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software; SAP experience is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in other APAC languages is advantageous
