Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents to ensure financial compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare periodic AP aging reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize payment cycles and vendor terms.
- Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and financial analysis.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Deep understanding of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
