We are looking for a strategic financial leader to support the Institute’s financial operations through accurate reporting, strong controls, and high-impact finance support. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and strategic advice to support decision-making.
- Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with Singapore GAAP.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to monitor performance against strategic objectives.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning and capital allocation.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulators to facilitate smooth audit processes and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA, or CIMA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a similar business partnering role within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
