Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial monitoring
- Support internal controls implementation and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making support
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and company policies
- Present financial insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance/controlling role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry advantageous
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost management
