Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage financial reporting processes and provide insights to senior management
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and analysis initiatives
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcomed)
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA) preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
