Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing activities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/collections.
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and statutory regulations.
- Assist in cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Proven ability to manage full sets of accounts independently.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural MNC environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
