Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow requirements to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and budget forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audits and tax compliance.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee the depreciation schedules.
- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
