We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, rigorous compliance, and strategic oversight of our accounting functions.

You will play a crucial role in shaping our fiscal health by providing actionable insights and maintaining the highest standards of integrity in all financial processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/MPERS.
- Manage tax filing processes and ensure full compliance with LHDN regulations and local statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and oversee treasury functions to optimize liquidity.
- Lead the budget preparation process and perform variance analysis against actual performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Provide insightful financial commentary and reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA member).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian taxation laws, SST, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective professional communication.
