Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlements and collections.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support management decision-making.
- Ensure full tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of corporate income tax, SST, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and audit schedules to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operational expenses and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MICPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in corporate finance or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of MFRS/IFRS standards and Malaysian tax legislation.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
