Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations and oversee the month-end closing process.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management accounts, and variance analysis reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable effectively.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
