Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end overseas finance accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports to stakeholders.
- Perform complex financial consolidation and variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Assist the Finance Manager in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of consolidation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
