Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Oversee daily financial operations for the new factory setup, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations.
- Manage cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and internal control processes.
- Support the senior management team with data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and cost-control initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a new, fast-paced factory environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
