Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with business objectives
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Prepare executive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Mentor junior finance staff and improve departmental workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA) required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
