Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Lead preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP standards
- Develop and implement robust financial systems, controls, and processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax compliance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record in financial reporting and process improvement
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset with experience in financial planning and analysis
