Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and oversee intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy across all accounts.
- Maintain financial records and documentation with a high degree of confidentiality and meticulousness.
- Analyze financial variances and provide meaningful insights to management regarding operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA/CA qualification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the insurance or brokerage industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Deep understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
