Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience in manufacturing industry is highly desirable
