Hoopi Technology Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our growing finance department in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, managing complex financial reporting, and supporting the management team in budgeting and forecasting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and relevant statutory requirements.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities for annual audits and tax submissions.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects to drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax laws, SST/GST regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
