Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily financial operations of the nursing home, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management accounts, and variance reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations, MAS guidelines, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.
- Manage the payroll process and handle any ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the healthcare or social services sector.
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
