Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans and budgets aligned with business objectives
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow operations
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in senior finance roles with team leadership experience
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) highly regarded
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
