In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our daily accounting processes while supporting our broader business goals.

You will work closely with our finance leadership to drive month-end reporting, streamline reconciliation workflows, and manage essential accounts payable and receivable functions. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic setting, possesses strong attention to detail, and is eager to contribute to the financial health of a company disrupting the retail and F&B landscape. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
  • Perform timely and accurate bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with financial standards.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements, tax filings, and internal financial policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of local tax regulations (SST/GST) and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional data with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
