You will work closely with our finance leadership to drive month-end reporting, streamline reconciliation workflows, and manage essential accounts payable and receivable functions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform timely and accurate bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with financial standards.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements, tax filings, and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations (SST/GST) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional data with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
