Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Lead month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and adjustments
- Prepare and maintain audit schedules to facilitate internal and external audits
- Implement and maintain proper financial documentation control systems
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with month-end closing, audit preparation, and financial documentation control
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
