As a Senior Finance Executive, you will act as a key partner to the management team, managing day-to-day financial activities, preparing accurate financial reports, and implementing best practices to optimize financial performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including general ledger accounting and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor actual performance against the budget to identify variances.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and payroll processing.
- Supervise junior finance staff and ensure the accuracy of financial data entry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
