Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
