Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment scheduling.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are accurately recorded and processed in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all accruals and payments are captured correctly.
- Monitor and analyze AP aging reports, providing proactive updates to the Finance Manager regarding cash flow requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval workflows for all expenditures.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of automated financial systems and AP processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations (SST/GST).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and handle confidential financial data with integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
