Our organization is seeking a motivated Senior Finance Executive to join our accounting team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) management and ensuring seamless compliance with the latest e-Invoice regulations.
As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be the backbone of our billing and collection processes. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a keen eye for reconciliation, and is eager to take ownership of financial reporting tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including billing issuance and debtor tracking.
- Execute daily collection activities and monitor overdue accounts to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify ledger accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with LHDN e-Invoice requirements and internal financial policies.
- Prepare monthly aging reports and provide updates to management regarding collection status.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities and audit schedules.
- Maintain systematic documentation and filing of financial records for retrieval and audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a financial or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of AR workflows and credit control procedures.
- Familiarity with local e-Invoice regulations and Malaysian tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle professional correspondence.
