Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, aging report monitoring, and collections.
- Oversee daily General Ledger entries and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform comprehensive month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely manner.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial integrity.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Streamline accounting workflows to improve departmental efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA/CA certification is a strong advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AR and GL functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and local tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional data with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
