Big Cart Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Finance Executive to join our growing team in Bangsar South. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounting functions, ranging from daily transactional accounting to the preparation of month-end financial statements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards, taxation, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Handle tax filings (SST, Corporate Tax) and ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee bank reconciliations to ensure operational liquidity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track budget variances and provide actionable financial insights.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee year-end audit preparations.
- Review and improve existing financial workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or professional qualification like ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian tax legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and solve complex financial issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
