Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of yearly audits.
- Perform accurate tax computation and ensure strict compliance with statutory tax submissions.
- Execute bank reconciliations and manage cash flow projections to optimize working capital.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and trends.
- Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL, or AutoCount) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating financial data effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
