Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger system, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with comprehensive analysis
- Oversee account reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolution of discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support budgeting processes and financial forecasting initiatives
- Implement and optimize accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing activities and financial reporting deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in multi-company accounting environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
