Tanggung Jawab
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of financial statements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability reports, to support strategic business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with various departments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/IFRS), and internal company policies and procedures.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Support internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
