Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial reporting and bookkeeping for Malaysia operations, while providing support for the finance setup in Indonesia.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance policies.
- Coordinate financial activities and data flow between regional offices to ensure alignment.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Perform regular audits of financial records and internal control processes to mitigate risk.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or regional finance management.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and specific financial regulations in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
