Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Lead the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliation reports in accordance with MFRS.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local tax regulations (LHDN/SSM).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audit and tax filing processes.
- Manage fixed asset registers and inventory valuations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/ACCA/CIMA qualified is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
