Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete payroll processing including statutory deductions and timely disbursements
- Oversee full set accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closures
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and analysis for management decision-making
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Streamline administrative workflows and provide operational support across departments
- Develop and maintain financial controls and HR documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in finance and HR functions
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial accuracy and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, or SHRM) preferred
