With a strong reputation for excellence and a robust supply chain, they are currently seeking a dynamic finance leader to join their expanding operations in Senoko, North Region.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and meticulous Senior Finance Manager to spearhead the financial operations and act as a key business partner to the leadership team. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. This is a high-visibility, hands-on managerial position perfect for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of the entire finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning.
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and ensure strict compliance with SFRS(I), Singapore tax laws, and GST regulations.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital to optimize financial liquidity.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain, including procurement, inventory valuation, and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to analyze business performance and profitability.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial policies.
- Mentor, coach, and manage a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Prepare insightful financial analyses, management reports, and board presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS(I), Singapore tax, and GST regulations.
- Prior experience in the F&B, manufacturing, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel.
- Hands-on, meticulous, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
