As the Senior Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the executive leadership team to shape the financial strategy. You will lead a talented finance team, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance with Malaysian and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/MFRS), and the provision of insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/MFRS and statutory requirements.
- Drive the annual budgeting process and conduct ongoing financial analysis to monitor performance against targets.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Spearhead the evaluation and implementation of financial systems and technologies to improve reporting accuracy and business intelligence capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or MFin) is highly desirable.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in the private healthcare, hospital, or service industry is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS/MFRS, Malaysian tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to translate financial data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
