We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team at Private Advertiser. In this key leadership role, you will be instrumental in continuously improving our finance operating model. You will leverage your expertise in NetSuite to drive operational efficiency, specifically focusing on optimizing recurring journals, streamlining bank auto-match processes, and implementing robust AP automation strategies.
As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Financial Operations: Oversee the full cycle of financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- NetSuite Optimization: Enhance the NetSuite environment by configuring recurring journals, improving bank auto-match rules, and implementing dimension-tagged hubs for better reporting.
- Process Automation: Drive the automation of Accounts Payable and other financial workflows to reduce manual errors and increase operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that align with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of finance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Compliance & Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls and financial governance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with a strong background in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, including knowledge of recurring journals, bank feeds, and automation tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing a finance team effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
