- Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and executive leadership team
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support company growth and profitability
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and audits
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a technology company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial tools
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing finance teams
