The Role: As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CFO. You will oversee the finance department, manage financial planning and analysis, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain robust internal controls. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, including evaluating investment opportunities, managing working capital, and optimizing tax strategies. You will also mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
What You Will Do: In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's goals. You will analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to executive management. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will interact with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to support the company's growth.
What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years of progressive experience, including supervisory responsibilities. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required; CPA or CMA is highly preferred. Experience in the food, beverage, or retail industry is a plus. You must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is essential.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead cash flow management and working capital optimization.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to drive process improvements.
