Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes for organizational units
- Develop and execute strategic budgets aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Prepare and present high-impact management reports to senior stakeholders and board members
- Drive performance improvement initiatives through financial modeling and variance analysis
- Oversee compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
- Mentor finance staff and implement continuous improvement methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in finance management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in technology or manufacturing industry preferred
