Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for resort operations
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accurate reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience in hospitality/resort sector
- Expertise in Indonesian financial regulations, tax compliance, and GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record in managing multi-currency operations and international finance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Exceptional analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
