Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including financial reporting, taxation, and audit liaison.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury functions, and capital allocation strategies.
- Ensure stringent adherence to local financial regulations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
- Mentor and lead the finance team to enhance productivity and departmental expertise.
- Evaluate financial risks and implement robust internal control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance within the Malaysian landscape.
- Strong background in the banking or property development sector is highly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based ERP systems) and advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
