We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Jurong East. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our financial operations, providing high-level financial analysis, oversight, and strategic guidance to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned accounting professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business insights.
You will lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), oversee statutory compliance, and manage reporting processes in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure strict adherence to local statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement robust financial models to support long-term strategic planning and business forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze operating performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive profitability.
- Manage the budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring departmental alignment with corporate goals.
- Oversee tax compliance, audit management, and regulatory filings within the Singapore jurisdiction.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, internal controls, and ERP system optimizations.
- Mentor and lead the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local Singapore Accounting Standards (SSAS).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record in driving fiscal discipline and operational excellence.
