Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance operations, including monthly closing, financial reporting, and consolidations.
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts to support business objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust corporate governance frameworks and internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Provide expert financial analysis and insights to the senior management team for informed decision-making.
- Manage group treasury functions, optimizing cash flow and managing foreign exchange risks.
- Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with Singapore financial reporting standards (SFRS) and maritime regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless reporting and compliance.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA Singapore, or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within the maritime or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning and managing complex group-level consolidations.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
