Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to stakeholders
- Drive financial strategy and provide actionable insights to support business decisions and operational improvements
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Strong expertise in Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in technology or manufacturing industry highly desirable
