Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all property development projects.
- Manage project costing, financial reporting, and cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes for development accounts and general ledger.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage treasury functions, including banking relationships and working capital optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CA qualification is preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in property development or construction finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and controlling project costs effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax laws and regulatory requirements for the construction industry.
