Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, AP/AR processing, and month-end closing
- Manage payroll processing, tax compliance, and employee benefits administration
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (B/S, P&L, Cash Flow) for management and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and internal control frameworks
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit processes
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- CPA license with minimum 5 years in senior finance/accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proven experience in payroll processing and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in financial reporting for multinational companies
