Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations
- Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions with precision
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and R&D teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ in senior roles
- Expertise in manufacturing/industrial sector financial operations
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and tax compliance
- Proven track record in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial data for stakeholders
