Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and SOX compliance frameworks
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Conduct variance analysis, budget forecasting, and cost management initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of financial reviews
- Mentor accounting staff and foster continuous improvement in financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA certification
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record in complex financial reporting and audit management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skills
