- Manage and optimize general ledger operations with emphasis on automation
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Develop and implement R2R automation solutions using Excel VBA, Power BI, and SQL
- Create financial reports and interactive dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT to integrate finance systems and enhance data integrity
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation best practices
- Mentor junior accountants on financial controls and automation techniques
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and accounting regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with ACCA/CPA certification
- 5+ years in financial accounting with R2R process expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel VBA, Power BI, and SQL
- Experience implementing automation solutions in finance environments
- Strong understanding of month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
